Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
 

We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
 

• Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. A prepaid label will be provided ($8 fee deducted from your refund).  The returned items need to be shipped within 5 days of the request. 
   

• Exchanges: Available within 30 days of delivery. We’ll email you a product credit once your item is received.
   

• Damaged or Wrong Item? Report the issue within 7 days of receipt of product with a photo—we’ll make it right and cover the return shipping costs.
   

Important:
• Use our Return/Exchange Form before sending anything back.
• Gifts and sets must be returned in full.
• Refunds go to the original purchaser/payment method.
• Items from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return.
